稲刈りの季節がやってきました

今年も稲刈りの季節がやってきました！
先日は「FUUDO」と「KIDS SAVER」、2つの稲刈りイベントを開催しました。
今年で18年目を迎えるこの取り組みは、里山十帖ができる前から続いているもの。今では100人を超える料理関係者が南魚沼に集まるイベントへと成長しています。
稲刈りのあとは、恒例のアウトドアディナー。料理人や生産者が垣根を越えて交流する、南魚沼ならではの大切な時間です。

The rice harvest season is here again!
Recently, we held two rice harvesting events, **FUUDO** and **KIDS SAVER**.
Now in their 18th year, these events began even before Satoyama Jujo opened. Today, they bring together more than 100 chefs and food professionals in Minami-Uonuma.
After the harvest, everyone gathers for our traditional outdoor dinner—a special time for chefs and producers to connect and share.
